Definition

Percent of students rated as fully ready for kindergarten in the domain of "language and literacy" on the Maryland Model for School Readiness kindergarten assessment for the school year ending in that year.

FARMS is the Free And Reduced-price Meals program. Students are eligible for FARMS if their family income is under 185 percent of the federal poverty level.
