ISO 4217 Currencies

This dataset provides ISO 4217–compatible identifiers for currencies, compiled from open reference sources via the pycountry library.

It is intended for normalising currency codes across financial and economic datasets available in the Baselight catalog. The dataset contains currency identifiers and metadata only and does not include exchange rates.
