Biennial Business Survey data summary for Quality of Business Services survey results. The Business Survey question that relates to this dataset is: “Quality of services provided by City of Tempe” Respondents are asked to rate their satisfaction level using a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 means "Very Dissatisfied" and 5 means "Very Satisfied".
