Dataset Description
Summarized responses to the Customer Treatment Satisfaction question in the Annual Community Survey. Results are shown starting with the 2017 survey, with the exception of 2015, when no survey was completed. Survey results shown in this table are without "don't know" as an option.
The Annual Community Survey question that relates to this performance measure is: “Satisfaction with Availability of City Information” Please rate your satisfaction level on a scale of 5 to 1, where 5 means "Very Satisfied" and 1 means "Very Dissatisfied" (without "don"t know" as an option).
The survey is mailed to a random sample of households in the City of Tempe and has a 95% confidence level.
