This dataset comes from the Annual Community Survey question related to satisfaction with the the city website. Respondents are asked to provide their level of satisfaction related to the “Usefulness of the City's website” on a scale of 5 to 1, where 5 means "Very Satisfied" and 1 means "Very Dissatisfied" (without "don't know" as an option).
The survey is mailed to a random sample of households in the City of Tempe and has a 95% confidence level.
