Family Households With Children (2005–2023)

Definition

This data shows the number and percentage of families with their own children under 18 years of age living in the household is measured. Own children includes never-married individuals under the age of 18 who are the biological sons or daughters of the head of the household. Additionally, stepchildren and adopted children of the householder are also considered own children.
