Dataset Description

The Pesticides Act provides the conditions for renewing a certificate relating to the sale or use of pesticides (art. 55). In addition to the payment of fees and compliance with the provisions of the Act and the resulting regulations, the Minister of the Environment, the Fight against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks may require the successful completion of a training that he prescribes or recognizes prior to the renewal of a certificate.

Since January 1, 2025, the holder of a certificate in sub-category CD5, “Certificate for application in pest management”, must have successfully completed the training activities accredited by the Department during the five years preceding the renewal application.

This list indicates the name of the training activity as well as the trainer or provider organization. For recognized courses, the list also shows the date of the activity, the event in which it is registered, the code assigned to it, the concepts acquired and the number of continuing education credits granted.
