Dataset Description

The owner or operator of a golf course who applies or has a pesticide applied to it must, every three years, send a pesticide reduction plan to the Ministry of the Environment, the Fight against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks (Pesticide Management Code, art. 73).

This dataset presents pesticide use data from pesticide reduction plans on Quebec golf courses for the years 2021 to 2023. It indicates, for each administrative region, the active ingredients, the types of use, the quantities of the active ingredients for each year and the average quantity, as well as the trade name of the corresponding product used and its certification number.
