Overview This dataset contains anonymized responses from the AccessPro 2025 Survey on employment and workplace accessibility for persons with visual impairments in Croatia. The survey ran for one month in April 2025, collecting both quantitative and qualitative data on  Employment status Workplace adaptations Job-seeking experiences Perceived barriers and opportunities for inclusion Responses were originally collected in Croatian and later translated into English. The dataset includes both the raw Croatian version and a cleaned English version with standardized headers, trimmed spaces, and preserved missing values.  A detailed data dictionary and cleaning notes are provided. Files in this record Data files AccessPro_HR_Raw.xlsx Original survey responses in Croatian. No cleaning applied; casing, spacing, and all respondent input preserved exactly as collected. AccessPro_EN_Cleaned.xlsx English translation of survey responses. Cleaned version: standardized headers, consistent casing, trimmed leading/trailing spaces, no duplicate rows. Missing values preserved where participants skipped questions. AccessPro_EN_Cleaned.csv CSV version of the cleaned English dataset for maximum compatibility.
