Workforce Needs Assessment 2023: Specific Skills Lacking In Applicants Per Employers

This is data collected in the statewide employer survey, Workforce Needs Assessment, which was published in 2023. This dataset presents specific skills and the percentage of employers who perceive those skills are lacking in applicants. Each skill is also identified as being in one of three broader categories of skills: basic, hard, and soft.
