Workforce Needs Assessment 2023: Employer Perception Of Skills Lacking In Applicants By Type Of Skill

This is data collected in the statewide employer survey, Workforce Needs Assessment, which was published in 2023. This dataset presents three categories of skills: basic, hard, and soft and the percentage of employers who perceive those skills are lacking in applicants.
