Dataset Description
The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) announces the release of the draft CalEnviroScreen 5.0 update. CalEnviroScreen is a mapping tool that identifies California communities disproportionately burdened by pollution. This update uses the most recent census geography, incorporates the most recent data, refined methodologies, and input from community-based organizations. It also introduces two new indicators: Diabetes Prevalence and Small Air Toxic Sites.
This feature layer includes the draft results as well as all indicator scores and percentiles. Final results will be posted after the public comment period.
More information can be found on our Draft CalEnviroScreen 5.0 webpage. All available download data formats can be found on our Open Data Portal.
