Contains records of educational serves provided at each Syringe Exchange Program visit. Identifying information is excluded. This set most useful for determining total educational services provided, but not per individual.

Proper disposal of used needles -True indicates that this education or service was provided
IDU risk reduction, safe use and wound care -True indicates that this education or service was provided
Viral hepatitis and prevention -True indicates that this education or service was provided
HIV/AIDS transmission and prevention -True indicates that this education or service was provided
STD counseling and testing -True indicates that this education or service was provided
Sexual risk reduction and condom use -True indicates that this education or service was provided
Overdose prevention and naloxone -True indicates that this education or service was provided
Medical insurance options -True indicates that this education or service was provided
Human trafficking risk -True indicates that this education or service was provided
