About this Dataset

Louisville Metro KY – COVID-19 Response Vaccination

This project includes a wide range of vaccination activities, including mobile missions staffed by our employees and through a large network of community partners. These missions are scheduled based on community requests, vaccination rates, case counts, and serving high risk populations, including providing in-home vaccinations to those who can't leave their homes.

Vaccination Centers	Text	The center where the vaccination was carried out.
Vaccination Date	Date	Date the vaccination was done.
Race	Text	The race of the person that received the vaccination.
Ethnicity	Text	The ethnicity of the person that received vaccination.
Sex	Text	The sex of the person that received vaccination
Age	Integer	The age of the person that received vaccination
Zip_Code	Text	zip code of where the vaccination center
Council_District	Integer	Council District of where the vaccination center
