Part of the Mayor's Recommended Future Land Use Map. Subject to change until adoption by the Seattle City Council.

Regional, Urban, Neighborhood and Manufacturing Industrial centers are part of the Comprehensive Plan 2044 Growth Strategy and represent place types designated for growth. For more details please see the Comprehensive Plan 20-year Growth Strategy.

Please see the Future Land Use Map for designations outside of these place types.

This map may be amended annually as part of the regular comprehensive plan update process.
