Stockport Housing Land Supply

The data provided below shows Stockport's housing land supply. This is comprised of the strategic housing land availability assessment (SHLAA), and permissioned sites. The permissioned sites are recorded as of the end of March 2025.

The data has been provided in 3 formats; WMS, WFS and .csv.
The .csv file can be downloaded and opened in applications such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

The WMS and WFS formats are spatial data that will allow you to read the data in from our web mapping database. To do this you should copy the links and provide them to an appropriate reader within GIS software, such as QGIS.
This will allow you to select layers to view from our planning data directory.

We have made the complete land supply available, as well as the two component parts; the shlaa and the permissioned sites.
