Staff FTE - CYC Total (Excluding Schools) - (Snapshot). This measure gives the total number of Full Time Equivalent (FTE) people employed directly by the council (excluding schools). It gives an understanding of total number of staff and our staffing delivery structure, and is reported monthly from data on employees' contractual hours stored within the HR system iTrent.
