11th Grade SAT Scores (2017–2024)

Definition

The overall mean score (including both evidence-based reading and writing as well as math) on the SAT among 11th grade students attending a public school. Means are calculated using only valid scores in the denominator.
The Colorado Department of Education encourages cautious interpretation for districts with low participation rates. For this reason, starting in 2022, districts with participation rates below 70% are not reported.

NR = Not Reported. This includes districts that did not report scores through CDE and districts with participation rates below 70%.

The SAT replaced the ACT as Colorado's college readiness assessment in 2017.

The SAT was not administered to Colorado students in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
