Definition

The percent of 8th graders who did not meet or exceed expectations on the Colorado Measures of Academic Success (CMAS) exam.
The Colorado Department of Education encourages cautious interpretation for districts with low participation rates. For this reason, districts with participation rates below 70% are not reported.
