Dataset Description
Definition
Number of births for which the mother indicated she smoked while pregnant. Rate is the percentage of live births. are assigned to the county in which the mother resides, even if the birth occurs in a different county.
Data Source
The Division of Population Health Assessment, Tennessee Department of Health. The KIDS COUNT division of the Tennessee Commission on Children
and Youth organized the data.
Notes
- Figure is not displayed according to the Tennessee Department of Health guidelines for release of aggregate data to the public.
