These data are the percentage of referrals to Child Protective Services (CPS) screened in for further assessment, out of the total number of referrals. are screened in for further assessment if CPS determines that at least one allegation meets statutory requirements for child abuse and/or neglect.

These data may have been influenced by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, starting in 2020.
