Definition

Number and percent of children (birth to age 18) at or below 200% of the federal poverty level that do not have health coverage through either private (e.g., private purchase or employer-sponsored) or public (e.g., Medicaid or CHIP) insurance according to the Small Area Health Insurance Estimates.
