Definition

Births to mothers who indicated on the birth certificate that they participated in the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program prenatally. Data may not agree exactly with counts and measures from the WIC program or other reporting systems. Data for Florida residents only. The percent is all births to mothers who participated in the WIC program prenatally divided by the total number of live births.
