The juvenile arrest rate is the number of arrests of juveniles, ages 10-17, for violent and non-violent offenses, per 10,000 youths ages 10-17.
Data Source
Arrest data from the Maryland State Police. Population data from Puzzanchera et al, Easy Access to Juvenile Populations: 1990-2018.

Fiscal year is from July 1 to June 30
