The number and percentage of children age 0 to 3 enrolled in early intervention services to reduce the effects of developmental delay, emotional disturbance, and/or chronic illness through the North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program (Unduplicated counts with Individualized Family Service Plan).
2024 is equal to FY 2023–2024.

Ft. Bragg data are not included for Cumberland County and Camp Lejune data are not included for Onslow County. Educational and Developmental Intervention Services (EDIS) provides Part C Early Intervention Services to children in families that live on military bases.
