The number of children ages birth to 5 who are determined eligible and approved to receive a child care scholarship in December of the year listed. The percent is based on the population ages birth to 5 in the prior year. Percents are suppressed with an "S" for counts fewer than 6 to maintain reliability. NA: Not Available;
