Definition

The number of children ages birth to 5 in families that are active for the Family Independence Program (FIP) in December. The percent is based on the population ages birth to 5 in the prior year.  Percentages are suppressed with an "S" for counts fewer than 6 to maintain reliability. NA: Not Available;
