The number of people under 18 years of age enrolled in Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Notes

In annual reporting, each person is counted only once with their most recent data (e.g. County, Region, MCO) and only includes complete years. Each person's age is calculated as of the last month they were enrolled during the year.

Percentage: Number of children enrolled in Medicaid and CHIP in proportion to the total population of children in State and counties.
