Definition

The number of deaths, all causes, to children age 1 to 14.

Race categories are as follows:

White non-Hispanic - child deaths recorded as white alone and non-Hispanic

Black non-Hispanic - child deaths recorded as black alone and non-Hispanic

Other non-Hispanic - child deaths recorded as any other race alone or two or more races and non-Hispanic

• child deaths recorded as being of any race and Hispanic
