The number of children by age group participating in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as Food Stamps.

Notes

NA - Data is suppressed when there are 5 or fewer children in the matching geography.

DATE - Data represent State Fiscal Years, but are a snapshot from fiscal year end (June). Population estimates are from the start of the state fiscal year (e.g. SFY 2019 estimates use population estimates from 2018).

NOTE - Data does not include SNAP Emergency Allotment or P-EBT in SFY 2021 when available.
