Definition
Data represent the number of traffic crashes by teens and youth driver age 15 to 24 in a given year. Rate is the number of crashes per 1,000 licensed driver of same age group.

Notes
Crashes exclude the parking lot and private property crash with less than $400 damage. Include driver operated vehicles only. State data include information with unknown county.
