Dataset Description
Aggregated real estate prices (prix median au m2) computed from the French open data source DVF (Demandes de Valeurs Foncieres) published by DGFiP. Covers 93 departments of metropolitan France (excluding Alsace-Moselle departments 57, 67, 68 — local Livre Foncier system). Data cleaned with P5/P95 outlier removal, minimum 10 transactions threshold, bulk sales excluded. Includes apartment and house prices separately, annual series 2020-2025, year-over-year evolution.
