Inspiration
“The essential characteristic of jiu-jitsu is very simple. It’s the science and art of control that leads to submission.” John Danaher
With the constant evolution in the sport of brazilian jiu-jitsu, it is of great importance to analyze trends in the game to understand what works and what doesn't in the highest levels of the game. There's no other way of doing science other than analyzing data!
OBSERVATIONS
Some matches are missing because the fighters who participated in those matches do not have pages on the bjjheroes website, particularly in the older events. They would need to be inserted manually.
