ADCC Matches Dataset

• Context

The ADCC Submission Fighting World Championship is one of the most prestigious submission grappling competition events worldwide. It is hosted every two years by the Abu Dhabi Combat Club and welcomes athletes from any grappling based martial art and any country.

• Content

This tabular dataset is available for download as a CSV file. Its instances are grappling matches that happened in ADCC editions from 1998 to 2022. Its features are mostly copied from another publicly available dataset containing information about said matches (linked below) with some features being cleaned, some manually completed and some engineered.

100% of the information used to organize this dataset was provided by the author of https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/bjagrelli/adcc-historical-dataset who performed the most needed task of getting data out of BJJ Heroes website by webscraping and making it available and ready to use.
