HHS System Of Records Notices (SORNs) Metadata Inventory

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) publishes the HHS System of Records Notices (SORNs) Metadata Inventory to provide machine-readable access to over 200 publicly available HHS SORNs. These notices inform the public about records HHS maintains on individuals, as required by the Privacy Act and federal law.
