Foul Ball Trajectories And Stadium Zones

This dataset contains 906 foul balls collected from the most foul-heavy game day at each of the 10 Major League Baseball stadiums that had the highest rate of foul balls as of June 5, 2019.
Each record includes batted-ball characteristics such as exit velocity and hit type, along with a predicted landing zone based on trajectory angles and a confirmed zone determined through video footage.
The data supports analysis of foul ball distribution and fan exposure risk.
Batted-ball data is sourced from Baseball Savant.
