Ultimate Baseball Dataset

The Ultimate Baseball Dataset is a comprehensive, structured collection of professional baseball data compiled by the Baselight team. It includes standardised information on competitions, teams, games (with inning-by-inning scoring), season standings, team season statistics, and pre-game odds — spanning major leagues across North America, South America, Asia, and beyond.

This dataset is designed to support deep statistical analysis, machine learning models, historical research, and fan exploration. All data has been denormalized and enriched to minimise the need for joins: competition names, team names, season context, and run totals are included directly in every table row.
