This Eurostat dataset contains data on persons living in a dwelling not comfortably warm during winter by sex, household composition and degree of urbanisation, as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

Tables included:

• raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.
• tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
