This Eurostat dataset contains data on persons living in a dwelling not comfortably warm during winter by sex, age and risk of poverty or social exclusion situation, as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

Tables included:

• raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.
• tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
