This Eurostat dataset contains data on ratio of annual expenditure per student at the tertiary level and primary level of education, in public educational institutions, as collected and published by the Statistical Office of the European Union.

Tables included:

• raw: Original table as downloaded from Eurostat.
• tidy: A cleaned and transformed version of the raw table, where time period values appear as rows instead of columns (unpivoted format).
