• COVID-19 vaccination coverage among Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries aged 65 years and older is assessed using data files from the Medicare Fee-For-Service (FFS) administrative claims data managed by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

• Weekly COVID-19 vaccination coverage estimates were calculated using Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, based on beneficiaries enrolled as of August 1 of each year. For the 2025 ̶ 26 season, COVID-19 vaccines received since August 27, 2025, were included.*
