Percentage Of PSPC-managed Office Space That Is Modernized Each Year To Meet The Current Government Of Canada Workplace Fit-up Standards

This indicator measures the percentage of office space which is being modernized in line with the current fit-up standards. The target of 4% of the inventory being transformed per year is based on the amount of fit-up dollars we are funded for ($) year over year compared to the fit-up rate ($/m2u) to establish how much space should be transformed (fit-up). This amount of space fit-up is then compared to the total inventory to determine the percentage of space transformed.
