WHO Global Health Observatory

Structured reference data and indicator observations published by the World Health Organization (WHO) Global Health Observatory (GHO) through its OData API. The dataset combines metadata tables that define indicators, dimensions, and dimension members with a fact table of reported observations across geographies, time periods, and optional breakdowns such as sex, age group, and data source.

This dataset is useful both for direct analytical work on WHO GHO indicator values and for building richer semantic layers over WHO health statistics. The reference tables can be joined to observation records to decode indicator codes, interpret dimension values, and reconstruct hierarchical classifications exposed by the upstream API.
