Solid Waste Management Districts

The Solid waste management districts layer is part of a dataset that contains administrative boundaries for Vermont's Agency of Natural Resources. This dataset contains administrative boundaries for Vermont's Solid Waste Management Entities (SWME) - the local authorities which write and implement Solid Waste Implementation Plans (SWIP). Using [BoundaryTown_TWNBNDS Vermont town boundaries (extracted from BNDHASH) from VCGI], each town is categorized into their respective SWME.
