This dataset provides example code for regression analysis of observed versus estimated chlorophyll from Sentinel 2 satellite imagery based on three different algorithms. In addition, data used in the production of figures 1-3 of Wolters et al. (2025) Evaluation of atmospheric preprocessing methods and chlorophyll algorithms for Sentinel 2 imagery in coastal waters, submitted to journal Remote Sensing.
