Oregon Balance Billing Protection - Ground Ambulance Service Organization Established Local Rates

A catalog of established local rates submitted by ground ambulance service organizations to the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation, per HB 3243.

Established local rates are reported to DCBS by ground ambulance services organizations for transparency purposes. For billing purposes, the insurer and ground ambulance services organization will determine the payment amount based on the allowed amount at the time and place of the service.
