The statewide Oregon Address Points dataset is aggregated from many separate county and regional 9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP).
Refer to the Oregon Address Point Data Standard v1.0 for a detailed description of the schema.
Also refer to the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) GIS standard.
