Comment On Hazardous Waste Phase Two Rulemaking

DEQ invites you to comment on proposed rules to amend the hazardous waste rules. Public comment is accepted from Tuesday, 11/15/16 to 4 p.m., Friday, 12/23/16. Comments submitted outside that this period will not be accepted. We may modify the proposed rules based on public comments received by this deadline.
