Oregon hospitals report surgical site infections involving deep incisional layers (fascial and muscle) and organ/space areas following coronary artery bypass graft (CBGB), colon (COLO), abdominal hysterectomy (HYST), hip prosthesis (HPRO), knee prosthesis (KPRO), and laminectomy (LAM) procedures as part of Oregon’s mandatory healthcare-associated infections reporting program.
