Pyrotechnician Certificate Of Competence

The dataset includes a comprehensive list of pyrotechnician certificates that have been issued to individuals to own, possess, transport, deal in and manufacture explosives anywhere in New York State, outside of the City of New York, and is a state-mandated license that both satisfies and is required by, OSHA's new crane certification standard. The dataset includes the individual’s classification for three specific categories of certificates of competence such as Class A - Participation in the setup and loading of at least 5 proximate audience shows and in the performance of 5 non-proximate audience shows, Class B – Participation in at least 5 non-proximate audience shows, Class C – Participation in the setup and loading of at least 5 proximate audience shows.
